My background

I, Thomas Jordan, hold a PhD in economic geography and held various positions at Gothenburg university, Sweden for almost 40 years, from about 2000 as senior lecturer in work science. I left my position at the university in the beginning of 2024 and am now independent consultant, trainer and researcher. 

I have three main competence areas:
– Conflict management in organizations
– Adult development psychology
– Strategies for working on complex societal issues.
I have studied and carried out research in the field of adult development since the second half of the 1980s.
